1980｜Founding – Kilin Hotel, Wanhua
Kilin Group was founded by Sir Tien Li Hwang in 1980, launching its first hotel in Taipei’s Wanhua District. Originally with 150 rooms, it expanded into a full-service hotel popular among Japanese tourists.

2009｜Taipei Garden Hotel
Kilin co-developed the Taipei Garden Hotel, a 5-star property with 250 rooms and four restaurants. This marked the group’s entry into high-end hospitality.

2011｜Nangang Kilin Hotel
To serve the growing business district, Kilin opened the Nangang Kilin Hotel near the exhibition center. With 110 rooms and a European façade, it became a hub for corporate travelers.

2012｜Jiaoxi Kilin Prince Hotel
Kilin entered the hot spring market by leasing and rebranding the Jiaoxi Prince Hotel. It offered affordable stays for tour groups and young travelers.

2017｜Jiaoxi Kilin Hotel
The group built the Jiaoxi Kilin Hotel, a flagship resort with 167 rooms, each with a private hot spring bath. It also features a banquet hall, pool, and rooftop onsen, earning 4-star and international hotel recognition.

2020｜Renovation & Rebranding
Kilin invested over NT$100 million to renovate and rebrand the Jiaoxi Kilin Hotel to international standards. The upgrade marked a new chapter in the group’s evolution toward global competitiveness.

1980年｜創業初衷 – 麒麟大飯店（萬華）
麒麟餐旅源自建設本業精神，於1980年在台北萬華創立第一間飯店——麒麟大飯店。初期設有150間客房，隨後擴建成為西區少數具規模之大型觀光飯店，內設宴會廳、中西餐廳等設施，深受日本旅客喜愛，奠定品牌基礎。

2009年｜品牌升級 – 台北花園大酒店
麒麟餐旅與多家業者合作投資興建「台北花園大酒店」，擁有250間客房與4間特色餐廳，榮獲觀光局評定五星級飯店，展現品牌升級與多角化經營實力。

2011年｜商務拓展 – 南港麒麟商旅
看準南港地區快速發展，麒麟於2011年打造歐式建築風格之「南港麒麟商旅」，鄰近南港展覽館，主打110間商務客房，深受國內外商務旅客青睞，成為長住旅客的首選。

2012年｜市場細分 – 礁溪麒麟太子飯店
麒麟承租「礁溪太子飯店」並更名為「礁溪麒麟太子飯店」，主打平價溫泉住宿，提供小資族與團體旅遊舒適無壓力的旅宿選擇，進軍溫泉觀光市場。

2017年｜旗艦溫泉 – 礁溪麒麟大飯店
自建「礁溪麒麟大飯店」正式開幕，設有167間客房，全數配備獨立溫泉湯屋，並擁有全尺寸宴會廳、泳池、頂樓裸湯SPA等設施，榮獲四星級國際觀光旅館評定，成為宜蘭地區溫泉飯店新地標。

2020年｜品牌重塑 – 礁溪麒麟酒店
斥資上億元比照國際品牌標準全面升級內部裝修與服務動線，將「礁溪麒麟大飯店」重新命名為「礁溪麒麟酒店」，邁向國際飯店經營規格，展現品牌再進化的企圖心。
